Electroinsulating E3 fabrics are produced from glass twisted threads or roving by area density from 100 g/m2 to 250 g/m2. Are intended for production of materials electroinsulating folgirovanny for printed circuit boards, steklotekstolit, fibreglasses, schemes for radio sets and computers, integumentary materials for thermal isolation and other construction purposes. Fiber glass fabrics electroinsulating E3-200, E3/2-200, EZ-100 are made in accordance with GOST 19907-83, TU 6-48-39-90, TU 5952-029-00204990-2007 of threads of alyumoborosilikatny glass on a zamaslivatel "a paraffin emulsion" and a direct zamaslivatel.
Electroinsulating fabrics are intended for production of fibreglasses on the basis of epoxy and polyester pitches, for production of boats, pipes, tanks under hostile environment and many other products for which production high-strength materials and corrosion stability are necessary. Besides, this material has very high technical rates: we do not ignite, negoryuch, are not exposed to corrosion, has high chemical and biological stability, working range of temperatures of such fiber glass fabrics from -200 °C to +550 °C. Well gives in to machining sharp, stampings and to drilling during the work with this material. Thanks to good heat-retaining ability of glass, fiber glass fabric and fibreglasses on the basis of fiber glass fabrics and mullitokremnezemny materials are applied to thermal insulation of pipelines, coppers, pipes.
Fiber glass fabric represents the layered electroinsulating material made by method of mechanical bonding of mica on gliftalevy, silicon the organic, oil and bituminous gluing varnish with the subsequent hot pressing and has excellent electroinsulating properties.
In marking of fiber glass fabric designation - a letter P meets. This designation of hollow fiber. Hollow fiber has a continuous opening of 45-50% from the cross-sectional area of elementary fiber and the size of an opening is characterized by a capillarity indicator which pays off a ratio of these areas. The nonwoven fabrics and fabrics which are let out on the basis of hollow fiber are applied as the reinforcing material in production of the facilitated fibreglasses which easier ordinary for 20-30%. The facilitated fibreglasses are used in aircraft, mechanical engineering, shipbuilding where reduction of weight of a design when saving strength characteristics is required.
Fiber glass fabrics are issued in rolls up to 350 sq.m long and are packed into a polyethylene factory film.
